Founder & Director, Kiida FilmsaKoushish Varade, a seasoned filmmaker from Indore, brings over 12 years of experience across feature films, web series, advertisements, government campaigns, and music videos. Having directed over 150 projects, he has worked with top platforms like Netflix, Jio Cinema and Amazon, and earned recognition from industry veterans.
Notably, he directed the prestigious “TRIVENI” Tri-Service All-Women Sailing Expedition documentary for the Ministry of Defence, covering the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force.
Today, as the founder of Kiida Films, Koushish continues to lead impactful storytelling with a strong creative vision and commitment to excellence.
ASHWINI CHAUDHARY

Ashwini Chaudhary began his journey in the 1990s as a journalist and documentary filmmaker, creating pioneering content during the early days of satellite television in India. He made a remarkable debut with the feature film Laado (2001), earning the prestigious Golden Lotus for Best Debut Director. His critically acclaimed film Dhoop further cemented his place in mainstream cinema.
With a diverse body of work across Hindi, Tamil, and Marathi films and web series, Ashwini has built a reputation for powerful storytelling and creative excellence. He currently serves as the India President of Golden Ratio Films Pvt. Ltd., a Vistas Media Capital company.
